About Anita Andrea ▪ Architectural Photographer
The architect's eye meets the photographer's heart
I see what others miss. When you're an architect, you notice the work behind making something look effortless. You see the material junctions, the thoughtful details, the layers of complexity.
That's exactly how I photograph. I walk into your space and immediately understand the intent behind every choice—because I've been there myself.
I'm Anita Andrea, and I help designers preserve their spaces through imagery that captures not just how they look, but how they feel to live within them. After 20 years designing spaces, I found my passion in preserving them. Every image reflects your detail, craftsmanship and vision.

Behind the lens
When I'm not capturing spaces, I'm navigating life with three little ones here in Nelson Bay. Currently experiencing the client side firsthand as I work through my own home renovation— extending to add some much needed space and wrestling with material selections.
This keeps me grounded in the reality that every project represents someone's dreams and investment.

When I’m not behind the lens
Chasing sunlight
My downtime is spent with an almond cap and a flick through the latest architectural magazines
A house full of stories
Whether it’s the grain of timber, the line of a roof, or the way light dances on concrete—details are my language.
Always by the water
Whether it’s through my camera or just sitting in a sunny spot, I’m always looking for the light.
Fueled by coffee, inspired by design
I’m building a home life with three little muses who remind me to see beauty in the everyday.
Immersed in the details
If there’s salt in the air and sand between my toes, I’m exactly where I want to be.
When I’m not behind the lens
